vw2nw Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by vw2nw ("we", "us", "our") and applies to all personal data processed in connection with your use of the vw2nw Platform at https://vw2nw.org. This Policy should be read together with the vw2nw Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms not defined herein have the meanings given in the Terms and Conditions. This Policy was last updated on 1 January 2026.

vw2nw is the data controller in respect of personal data processed via the Platform. For the purposes of this Policy, vw2nw means the entity holding the international gaming licence under which the Platform operates. Contact details for data-related enquiries are set out in Section 14 of this Policy.

vw2nw collects personal data in the following categories:

1. Registration Data: Full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number (or alternative contact number for non-Malaysian registrants), and a username chosen by you at registration.
2. Identity Verification (KYC) Data: Government-issued identity documents (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport), selfie photographs submitted for facial verification, and proof of address documentation where required by our compliance procedures.
3. Financial Data: Payment method identifiers (e.g., masked bank account numbers, Touch n Go eWallet identifiers, Boost account references), transaction amounts in MYR, deposit and withdrawal history, and source-of-funds documentation where requested.
4. Gaming Activity Data: Game type, bet amounts, session duration, win/loss outcomes, and responsible gaming tool settings applied to your Account.
5. Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, screen resolution, referral URL, and session timestamps collected automatically when you access the Platform.
6. Communications Data: Records of communications between you and vw2nw support, including live chat transcripts, support ticket content, and email correspondence.
7. Marketing Preferences: Your opt-in or opt-out status for promotional communications delivered via SMS or in-platform notification.

vw2nw processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract Performance: Processing necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, settle bets, and deliver the services you have subscribed to by accepting the Terms and Conditions.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations, Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under our gaming licence conditions, and any applicable mandatory reporting requirements.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud detection, Platform security, service improvement, and responsible gaming monitoring, where such interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
• Consent: Processing for direct marketing communications, where you have provided explicit opt-in consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

vw2nw uses your personal data for the following purposes:

1. Creating and managing your vw2nw Account, including password reset and account recovery procedures.
2. Processing MYR deposits and withdrawals via your selected payment method, and reconciling transaction records.
3. Conducting age and identity verification to ensure compliance with the 21+ minimum age requirement and to prevent underage gambling.
4. Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent transactions, account compromise, and bonus abuse.
5. Complying with AML obligations, including monitoring for unusual transaction patterns and filing mandatory reports where required by our licensing jurisdiction.
6. Personalising your gaming experience, including recommending games based on your activity history and applying responsible gaming interventions where indicated by your gaming patterns.
7. Communicating Platform updates, security notices, and promotional offers (the latter subject to your consent).
8. Analysing aggregate Platform usage data (in anonymised form) to improve service quality and the user experience for Malaysian players.

vw2nw does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We share your data only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Licensed game content providers (e.g., slot and live casino studios) who require gaming activity data to operate their games within the Platform; payment processors and e-wallet operators (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, and others) who process your MYR transactions; identity verification and KYC services; cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; and customer support platform providers. All service providers are contractually bound to process your data only for specified purposes and to maintain appropriate security standards.
• Regulatory Disclosure: Competent regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and courts of competent jurisdiction where vw2nw is legally required to disclose personal data. vw2nw will, where legally permissible, notify you of such disclosures.
• Corporate Transactions: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of vw2nw's business assets, in which case your personal data may be transferred to the acquirer subject to equivalent privacy protections.

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Malaysia in connection with the operation of the vw2nw Platform, including the jurisdiction in which our gaming licence is held and the locations of our service providers' data centres. Such transfers are conducted subject to appropriate contractual safeguards — including standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms — to ensure that your personal data receives a level of protection consistent with applicable data protection standards. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to these international transfers.

vw2nw retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods:

• Account and KYC Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with AML retention obligations applicable under our licensing jurisdiction.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
• Support Communications: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the communication.
• Technical and Log Data: Retained for a maximum of twelve (12) months from collection, unless required for ongoing fraud or legal investigations.
• Marketing Preference Records: Retained for the duration of your Account and for one (1) year following account closure for audit purposes.

Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.

vw2nw implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and vw2nw servers.
• Encryption of sensitive personal data (including identity documents and financial data) at rest.
• Role-based access controls limiting access to personal data to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.
• Regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management procedures.
• OTP-based multi-factor authentication for sensitive Account actions.

Notwithstanding these measures, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed as 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. vw2nw will not be held liable for data breaches arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

The vw2nw Platform uses the following categories of cookies and similar tracking technologies:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Session authentication cookies, CSRF protection tokens, and load-balancing cookies required for the Platform to function. These cannot be disabled without impairing your ability to use the Platform.
• Analytics Cookies: First-party analytics cookies used to understand how players navigate the Platform, which pages are most visited, and where technical errors occur. These are used in aggregate and anonymised form only. These cookies are applied only where you have consented via the cookie preference mechanism.
• Preference Cookies: Cookies that remember your language, display, and notification preferences to improve your experience on return visits.

You can manage cookie settings through your browser preferences. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging into your vw2nw Account.

Subject to applicable law and vw2nw's legal retention obligations, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by vw2nw:

1. Right of Access: You may request confirmation of whether vw2nw holds personal data about you and obtain a copy of that data.
2. Right of Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you.
3. Right of Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to our legal retention obligations (see Section 7).
4. Right to Restriction: You may request that vw2nw restricts the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, for example while a rectification request is under review.
5. Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time via your Account settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
6. Right to Object: You may object to processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests where you believe your rights and interests override those legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact vw2nw at the address in Section 14. vw2nw will respond to verified requests within thirty (30) days. vw2nw may need to verify your identity before processing a data rights request.

The vw2nw Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. vw2nw does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If vw2nw becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the minimum age, the associated Account will be immediately suspended, the data will be deleted in accordance with applicable procedures, and any funds will be handled in accordance with AML obligations. If you believe that a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact vw2nw support immediately.

The vw2nw Platform may contain references to third-party game providers and payment method brands for informational context. vw2nw does not control third-party websites, applications, or services and is not responsible for their privacy practices. This Policy applies only to data processed by vw2nw in connection with the Platform. Players who interact with third-party services should review the applicable privacy policies of those services independently.

vw2nw reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. The revised Policy will be published at https://vw2nw.org/privacy-policy with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact information associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance.

vw2nw aims to acknowledge all data-related enquiries within five (5) business days and to resolve them within thirty (30) days of receipt. Where an enquiry is complex or involves a high volume of data, we will notify you if additional time is required.
